The Great War Society and Western Front Association (US Branch) have merged.
The societies are now the World War One Historical Association, their websites state:
“Increase awareness of this catastrophic conflict and its profound and lasting effects on subsequent generations through our web site, several publications, annual seminars that feature speakers from around the world, battlefield tours, and the recurring meetings of a growing list of local chapters.”
The Association is educational and nonpolitical and promotes the collection, preservation and diffusion of information relating to World War I.
