‘The Academic World in the Era of the Great War’ conference, Dublin, 2014

The International Society for First World War Studies has announced that the Trinity College, Dublin, will host a conference on the academic world during the First World War.

The conference about the changing nature and role of the academic world during the conflict is being organised by the Centre for War Studies at Trinity College and the Centre canadien des études allemandes et européennes at the Université de Montréal.

A call for papers is also being made to accompany the event.

The conference will take place on 15th-16th August 2014.
