Scottish Government selects panel for Centenary commemorations

The Scottish Government has appointed a twelve person panel which will support Scotland’s commemorations programme to mark the Centenary of the First World War.

Following the appointment of former Army Chaplain Norman Drummond, as Chair in January 2013, the newly installed panel will support Mr. Drummond’s efforts to mark the 100 year anniversary of the conflict.

The panel will first meeting will take place on 14th March 2013 in Edinburgh.
