Northern Irish politician calls for Catholic contribution during First World War to be recognised

Writing in News Letter, Northern Irish and British MP Jeffrey Donaldson has called for “recognition for Ulstermen who came from a Catholic background” and fought for Britain during the First World War.

Mr. Donaldson is the Chairman of the First World War Centenary Committee in Northern Ireland.
