The debate will be held on Thursday 21st November 2013.

The “citizens’ debate” is part of an initiative by the National Archives to create “a new space for exchange open to all archivists, students, teachers, community representatives and the general public”.

Antoine Prost, Professor Emeritus at Pantheon-Sorbonne University and historian Jean-Pierre Azéma, Professor Emeritus at the National Foundation of Political Science of Paris, will lead the debate.

It will take place in the Auditorium of the National Archives from 4:45pm to 6:00pm.
