Between 1914 and 1918, there were over a 100 German air raids on Britain, first using Zeppelin airships and later Gotha heavy bombers. Chris Everett will be leading a walk from Holborn to the Embankment, looking at the first great air assault on London.
The walk is approximately 2.5 miles long and will take 2 2.5 hours. Meet at 11am at Holborn Station. It will finish on the Embankment near the Circle Line.
