Information about Scottish rugby player & First World War casualty to be made available at memorial with new technology

The Scotsman has reported that new hi-tech panels installed by the Commonwealth Graves War Commission (CWGC) at Portsmouth Naval Memorial, will provide information to visitors about Scottish and British rugby player Bedell-Sivright, who died during the Gallipoli Campaign.

The CWGC is installing similar panels at sites around the UK.
