First World War memorial to be unveiled in Moscow, Russia

The Voice of Russia reports that a new memorial is to be unveiled in Moscow, Russia, in honour of those who lost their lives in the First World War.

A series of initiatives are underway to mark the Centenary of the First World War in Russia, as the conflict has been somewhat overlooked in light of Russia’s Soviet history.
