Launched in 2009, “Edinburgh’s War” is a collaborative project involving the University of Edinburgh’s Centre for the Study of the Two World Wars , Edinburgh libraries, historians and local community groups. The project aims to produce a “unique history” of the people and institutions of Edinburgh, Leith and the Lothians during the war years of 1914 to 1918.
