The Great War Centenary 2014-18 project is in the process of plotting new routes which will allow motorists to explore locations of importance, such as battlefronts, during the First World War in Flanders, Belgium.

The first route, the Ypres Salient, opened officially on November 3rd 2012.

Five more routes will open over the course of 2013-14 in preparation for the Centenary of the First World War.
