Biscuit based art exhibition by Kingsley Baird, Museum of the Great War, France

A new temporary art exhibition by Kingsley Baird, entitled ‘Tomb’, will see a tomb in honour of those who fell at the Battle of the Somme made of biscuits, at the Museum of the Great War, France.

Some 18,600 biscuits shaped like soldiers, stacked horizontally one on top of the other, will be the basis for the art work.

The temporary exhibition will run from 3rd – 23rd April 2013.
