The Barbican and Institute of Ideas are organising a debate focusing on the Centenary of the First World War, as part of their wider Battle of Ideas event.
The debate will take place on Sunday 20th October 2013 from 5:15pm – 6:15pm at the Barbican in London.
The debate will focus on issues such as education, whether such an event should be celebrated or commemorated, and controversies emerging in planning, such as who should be remembered.
