Capital Of Culture Prepares For 1914 Exhibition, Riga

Riga, capital city of Latvia is set to unveil its yearlong European Capital of Culture programme Force Majeure in January 2014. 2014 also marks the centenary of World War 1, and early in the year the Latvian National Museum of Art will unveil its 1914 exhibition, lasting several months and showcasing a view of the Great War as seen by famous European artists.
