Scotland’s Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs has announced that a former military chaplain, Norman Drummond, will chair a new Scottish Commemorations Panel.
Further appointments will be made to the Commemorations Panel as plans for Scotland’s Centenary programme develop.
