The Londonderry Sentinel has reported that no further “commemorative areas of reflection” dedicated to the First World War will be constructed in Stormont, Northern Ireland.
The Minister of Finance and Personnel in the Northern Ireland Executive has stated that the two “commemorative areas of reflection” already in existence on the Stormont Estate are sufficient, and that there are no plans for a third memorial.
