The Welsh experience of World War I is half way through a roadshow which encourages people to share objects, documents or items of interest from the First World War.
The project aims to engage the Welsh community about the conflict and for them to share their family history of the conflict.
So far the roadshow has encountered “wonderful material from local people who were keen to share the story of close relatives, ancestors that have been uncovered through family history research or local men and women who contributed to the war effort”.
