The Telegraph reports that plans to honour First World War Victoria Cross recipients during the Centenary – announced by the British Government in August 2013 – have been revised to now include those born overseas and were awarded the VC.
Under original plans, those who were born overseas, but served in the British military and received a VC would not have been honoured with a Centenary paving stone.
