An article in The Guardian by Simon Jenkins has provoked nearly a thousand comments as he “apologises” to Germany as the Centenary approaches.
Users have expressed both criticism and support for Mr. Jenkins, who states that the Centenary of the First World War “will be the British at their worst: sacntimonious, self-congratulatory, worshipping at the tomb of the unknown…”
