The Imperial War Museum’s Centenary Partnership brings together local, regional, national and international organisations who are involved with or planning to mark the Centenary of the First World War.
The Partnership provides a network for joint commemorations, collaborations and enables the sharing of Centenary updates and information.
As of June 2013, the Partnership’s membership consisted of over 1,000 organisations from 26 countries.
It was announced in November 2013 that this number had risen to 1,800 organisations.
The Centenary Partnership website states that: “Together, we will present a vibrant global programme of cultural events and activities, and digital platforms which will enable millions of people across the world to discover more about life in the First World War”.
